BACON-CHEESE QUICHE 
8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
2 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
5 strips bacon (cooked crisp and crumbled)
1 (10 count) biscuit can (flaky)
2 tbsp. milk
2 eggs
2 tbsp. chopped (green) onion

Press biscuits in greased muffin tin (bottom and sides) making 1/4 inch rim around each. Mix cream cheese, milk and eggs on low speed. Add onions and Swiss cheese.

Put crumbled bacon in bottom of each biscuit. Pour 2 tablespoons mixture in each cup. Sprinkle remaining bacon on that and press into mixture somewhat. Bake at 375 degrees until golden and mixture is set, about 15 minutes, but check after 10 minutes.

I swapped cheddar cheese for the Swiss and added a little green pepper. I also cut the biscuits in half and then put them into the muffin pan. They turned out AWESOME!
