CHINESE FRIED RICE WITH BACON
AND MUSHROOMS
 
3 tbsp. bacon drippings
3 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. green onion and tops, chopped
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 c. mushrooms
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 c. celery, diced
1/2 lb. bacon, fry crisp and crumble

Heat bacon drippings in skillet, add onions and celery. Cook until tender. Add mushrooms, rice and soy sauce. Cook 10 minutes on low heat. Stir in beaten egg and cook only until egg is done. Add bacon and mix well.

This is almost the same as mine except I add the green onion at the end and stir fry for a couple of minutes so as it isn't too cooked...awesome recipe

This is a decent recipe, except for mine I only use green onions, white onions, eggs, bacon, and rice. I simplified it and I think that the mushrooms and celery is a tad bit too elaborate
