FRIED RICE AND MUSHROOMS 
1 c. raw rice (not instant)
2 tbsp. oil
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 can beef broth OR 1 c. instant broth
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 c mushrooms
1 can chicken broth OR 1 c. instant broth

Saute mushrooms in 1 tablespoon butter. In another pan, saute onion, garlic, rice and seasoning in oil until rice is toast colored (approximately 20 minutes.) Use medium-low heat. Add mushrooms and broth to rice mixture. Cover, cook about 20-25 minutes. Do not open while cooking.
