BACON POTATO TREATS 
5 potatoes, unpeeled, sliced 1/4" to 1/2" thick
1 grated onion, sauteed
24 pimiento stuffed olives, chopped or sliced
1/2 tsp. chopped jalapeno
6 slices crisp cooked bacon, crumbled
1 1/2 c. grated Gruyere cheese (or substitute cheese of choice)

Salt and pepper potatoes before cooking. Arrange potatoes in dish (9"x13" or baking sheet). Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or microwave on high for 8 minutes. Top with onion, peppers and olives; add bacon and cheese. Broil or microwave to melt cheese. Can add or substitute other ingredients as black olives, mushrooms, bell peppers, etc.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
