8 med. to lg. potatoes, boiled, peeled & diced
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, diced
1 c. Miracle Whip
1/4 c. chopped onions
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 c. chopped olives, sliced
1/2 c. crumbled fried bacon

Mix all but bacon; put in buttered 9"x13" pan; bake 20 minutes at 325 degrees. Spread bacon over top, bake another 25 minutes or until brown.
