The dough came together nicely and baked fairly well-- it was a little more bready then I wanted but it made for a fluffy pizza. Filled me up, Yum! I'll probably use this again.

I actually used this recipe to make a bread bowl for salad, I added garlic and Italiano spices, after it was done I lathered it in garlic butter and fresh parm. reg. cheese. It was dense (I used baking soda instead of powder) and it came out quite lovely - VERY filling though! two thumbs up.

I did not try this recipe as a pizza dough, however, a friend recommended it may be suitable for homemade hot pockets! So, off I went to give it a try. It worked SO beautifully that I made up three batches, enough for about 20 hot pockets, so I could freeze some. My husband and 7 year old son LOVED them. :) I am not sure it would really work as a pizza dough for us, a it is not what we are used to, but it is a good sturdy dough by recipe as is for hot pockets, calzones, etc. Excellent!

A very e-z basic yummy recipe for a quick crunchy pizza dough, thank you so much!

My only taste variation when you all have them fresh on hand you may add: 2 tbsp. fresh Thyme, 2 tbsp. fresh Rosemary and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese and knead once more incorporating all ingredients before you precook the dough (5 minutes) on a pizza stone next, add your favorite sauce and toppings baking an additional 5-10 minutes until the cheese is completely melted. This is an absolute favorite in my family on Friday nights at home: fresh sauteed ground beef, mozzarella and minced 2 garlic cloves is our favorite!

DELISH !!
