NO YEAST PIZZA DOUGH 
2 1/2 c. flour
2 3/4 tsp. baking powder (if using baking soda use half and omit salt)
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. oil
3/4 to 1 c. water

Mix dry ingredients. add 3/4 cup water and oil. Stir until it forms a ball. If dough is stiff, add more water.

The dough will be soft, not sticky. Knead on a floured surface for 3-4 minutes.

Bake at 400°F for 15-25 minutes.

Made this today into mini pizza's for my hubby and I. It was great! Instead of baking it, I cut it into 4 crusts and grilled them on my cast iron griddle and then topped them and baked to melt cheese and warm up toppings. My husband LOVED it and said it was better than ordering in pizza! Will make this again very soon!

This is more of a BISCUIT style bread. With that in mind I liked it. But didn't have the fluffy bread taste if that's what you want. Cooked well. Cut well. All over impressed!

Thanks Terry, I needed this recipe in a pinch, forget to pick up my Jiffy crust mix at the store, and had NOT a pack of yeast in the house. Turned out great!!! Loved it, Thanks will be using this in the future and skipping the Jiffy mix

Recipe only good if you absolutely have no yeast! Dough taste more like pie crust rather than pizza dough. Way too heavy! I prefer traditional pizza dough with yeast.

looking forward to trying it this weekend....my family and I lived in Italy for almost 5 years when my husband was in the military. So we know pizza!! We make it all the time with the store bought mix in the bag from wal-mart all the time but I've been in the mood to try it from scratch. we will see how it goes--will write about the out come.

Averages 4-5 stars, seriously? The result tasted like biscuits--even with me adding 1/4 stick of butter, garlic salt, and oregano. Recommend going through the hassle of yeast, rising, kneading, etc.

This was surprisingly good! I used spelt flour, and brushed it with olive oil prior to cooking. Only thing I'd do differently next time is to roll it out thinner with a rolling pin rather than stretching it by hand because it was a bit thicker than I'd have liked. Also saved half my pizza and reheated the next night and it was fine. Definitely a keeper.

At the last minute I decided to try it, not go buy the ready made crust with some bad ingredients. My husband and I really were happy with the results. I probably will use this crust from now on. I always add to recipes so I added just a few red pepper flakes and some chili lime seasoning, ground flax seed, whatever I love and make it healthier. I also substituted 1/2 of the flour with whole wheat. I also mixed the oil with the 3/4 cups of water, that made it easier. I have a Lodge cast iron grill that I cooked the crust on, first 10 minutes just the crust in the oven then the last 11 with the ingredients. I brushed olive oil on the hot crust before I added the ingredients. Yummy. If you like a thin, hard crust, you won't like this pizza crust.
