Sorry to hear this didn't work for some of you, it worked great for us. My kids had a ball and it was super quick and easy which is what I wanted. I had no yeast so also perfect. I used coconut oil and added some garlic granules to the base also. Thanks for the recipe.

Very good! My first time making home made pizza and wanted to use common things in my kitchen, n plus I don't like the idea of yeast, came out awesome! My boyfriend and his brother loved it.

I used this with whole wheat flour too, and it was great. Only recommendation is roll it out pretty thin before baking, because mine rose just a bit after being baked, despite there being no yeast.

Works good. Bake the crust for about 10 min before putting on the sauce. I baked it in a toaster oven and made bread sticks from it. I think the key to this recipe is kneading It. I used my kitchen aid and kneaded for about 1.5 min. that is about what you would get if kneaded by hand for may be 5 minutes. Kneading makes the gluten which is what the yeast in bread raises. If you don't knead it good you will get a bad muffin dough.

EXCELLENT recipe!!!! Quick & easy. I was stuck at hope with sick kids & limited food. So I used what I had. I used melted butter instead of oil. I also basted the dough with melted butter before adding sauce, cheese & toppings. I added dried basil/oregano & garlic pepper seasoning to the dough recipe. I only had provolone slices & a bit of shredded jack cheese. I sautéed some kale & chicken Italian sausage (casing removed). It seriously may be the best pizza I've ever had. Certainly the best I've ever made. The kids universally agreed. The dough (I cranked the oven up high, as I like a crisp pizza) is very crispy but soft once you break through the crisp. I baked mine thin & on parchment paper. I think this dough could also work for a deep dish.

This recipe is great. The first time, I made it into a regular sized pizza and I wasn't thrilled with the texture. However, the recipe was so quick and easy that I have it another go.

Still following the recipe exactly, I divided the dough into 6 balls. I then rolled them into very thin (just over 1/4" thick) discs. I filled them with hickory BBQ sauce, pineapple, mushrooms and cheese (my personal favourite) then folded them over and sealed the edges. Then just poked some holes on top with a fork and baked it until crisp and golden.

Absolutely fantastic! I have since made this recipe at least 6 times since then. Just rolling the dough out very thin made all the difference! I have even processed rolled oats to a fine grind and used them in place if flour for a gluten-free crust. 5 stars.

I think I've found the no-yeast pizza dough recipe I'll keep using for meals to come. I've used recipes that made flavorless cooked flour instead of pizza dough, but this recipe is the real thing.
