CHICKEN OR TUNA CASSEROLE 
2 tbsp. butter
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 sm. can mushrooms
2 sm. cans tuna or chicken
1 1/2 cans mushroom soup
1/2 soup can white wine
1 pkg. poultry dressing

Brown onion and mushrooms in melted butter. Reserve mushroom juice. Grease a large, flat baking dish (approximately 11"x15") and mix tuna or chicken with wine, soup, onion and mushrooms. Place in bottom of dish. Prepare dressing as package directs, using mushroom juice as part of the liquid. Place dressing over the meat mixture. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
