CHICKEN MANICOTTI 
6 manicotti shells
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 env. sour cream mix
3/4 c. milk
1 (3 oz.) can chopped mushrooms
1 tbsp. snipped parsley
1 tsp. minced onion
2 c. diced, cooked chicken or turkey
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Cook shells until tender, 15 to 20 minutes. Drain. Stir together cream cheese, sour cream and 1/4 cup milk. Add onion, parsley, mushrooms, chicken, salt and pepper. Spoon mixture into shells. Arrange in single layer in baking dish. Thin soup with 1/2 cup milk and pour over manicotti. Cover and bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
