OVEN STEW 
2 lb. lean stew meat
3 sliced carrots
3 stalks sliced celery
2 lg. sliced potatoes
1 bell pepper, sliced in rings
1 onion, sliced in rings
1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 can mushroom soup

Brown stew meat in small amount of oil. Put meat in a 4 quart buttered casserole. Pour soup over meat (I add a little water), next vegetable and mushroom and salt, garlic powder, pepper to taste. Cover and bake 2 hours at 350 degrees.
