MEAT LOAF LOG 
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 med. green pepper, chopped
1 egg
Oatmeal
1 c. grated cheese

Be sure to add 1 egg and enough oatmeal to make it firm. Use the usual ingredients you put in your meatloaf. Put on wax paper and lay wax paper on top of meat loaf mixture (after mixing into a ball). Roll the meat out with a rolling pin. After rolling flat, sprinkle with the cheese of your choice. Then roll back up jelly roll style. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
