MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 - 2 lbs. lean ground beef
2 eggs
2 tbsp. dry parsley
2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. Romano cheese (or Parmesan)
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/3 c. bread crumbs

Coat skillet with oil. Mix all ingredients together well. Make into about 24 small meatballs and fry until done. Simmer in spaghetti sauce if desired.
