HOMEMADE MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef or turkey
1 egg
adobo or salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. bread crumbs or enough for consistency
3 tsp. Parmesan or Romano cheese or to taste

Mix all ingredients. Shape meat into balls. Brown meatballs in skillet. Drain grease and add to Italian Pasta Sauce (see recipe). Cook slowly for about 30 minutes. Serve over pasta.

Preparation Time: 30 minutes.

Serving Suggestion: You may brown and cook meatballs all the way in skillet without mixing with any sauce and serve with any other side dish, such as rice and beans.
