EASY CHICKEN POT PIE 
1 1/2 c. cubed cooked chicken
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, thawed (or 1 can, drained)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
1 egg
1 c. Bisquick baking mix

Optional Seasonings:

2 cloves minced garlic
1/2 tsp. onion/garlic powder (optional)
1/4 tsp. black or white pepper
pinch of sage

Preheat oven to 400°F.

In a 9-inch pie dish, combine chicken, vegetables and soup. Mix milk, egg and baking mix. Pour over chicken mixture.

Bake for 30 minutes or until top is golden.

Good for leftovers.

Serves 2.
