BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 1/2 lbs. sirloin steak, cut into 3/4 inch strips
1/4 c. flour
1 tbsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
3 oz. can mushrooms, drained
10 oz. can golden mushroom soup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. sour cream
2 c. cooked rice

Combine flour, paprika, salt and pepper. Roll meat strips in flour mixture and brown in oil. Remove meat when brown. Add onions, garlic and mushrooms. Cook until onions are golden.

Add remaining ingredients, except cream and rice. Cook until thick and bubbly. Return meat to pan and simmer 1 hour or until meat is tender. Stir occasionally. Add cream 15 minutes before serving; do not boil. Serve over hot rice.
