BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. beef round steak, boneless
2 tsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 c. sour cream
Hot cooked noodles or rice

Freeze beef for 1 hour for easier slicing. Slice into thin slices. In 10 inch skillet over medium heat in hot butter cook onion, garlic until tender, push to one side and add beef; cook until brown. Stir in soup and paprika. Heat through. Remove from heat. Stir in sour cream Serve over hot noodles or rice.
