BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 1/2 to 2 lb. sirloin steak, 1 inch thick
1 med. onion, chopped
Salt and black pepper
Paprika
1 can Campbell's French onion soup
1 c. water
1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
5 dill pickles, chopped fine
Cooked, buttered noodles
1 c. sour cream

Cut steak into strips and brown with onion. Salt and pepper steak when browned and sprinkle with paprika. Add can of soup, water, mushrooms, and pickles. Cover and simmer for 20-30 minutes on low heat. Just before serving, stir in sour cream. Serve over hot buttered noodles.
