MOM'S SWEET-SOUR PORK SKILLET 
4 pork chops
1 dry onion soup mix
2 c. water
1/2 c. sliced green pepper
1/2 c. pineapple chunks
3 tbsp. ketchup
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. cornstarch
Cooked rice

In a skillet, brown pork chops and remove from heat. Add soup mix and stir in water. Add remaining ingredients except cornstarch and rice. Cover skillet and place over low heat 45 minutes until chops are tender. Blend 1/4 cup water and cornstarch, add to meat until thickened, serve over rice.
