MY MOM'S KAPUSTA | |
3 to 4 lb. pork neck bones 1 bag sauerkraut 1 can split pea soup 1 onion, chopped 4-5 potatoes, diced salt and pepper, to taste In soup pot boil neck bones till cooked. Add onion, potatoes, split pea soup and sauerkraut. Add salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 45 minutes (making sure potatoes and onion are cooked), stirring occasionally. Submitted by: Mary Parks |
