My mom always made this, especially since pork steaks are cheap, and the fat cooks well with this breading. Great dish.

I am somewhat of a novice cook, so I decided to try this since it sounded easy. The only tweaks I did was to add cayenne pepper to the flour for dredging, then I added garlic powder and grated parmesan (the real stuff, not from the can) to the bread crumb mixture. Came out very good, but you might want to adjust the temperature, it came out a little hard around the edges.

I seasoned to taste (Tony's seasoning, garlic/onion powder etc) the meat, flour, egg mixture and bread crumbs to help give it more flavor. I then reduced heat to 325°F, covered for the first 30 minutes then let cook another 30-45 minutes uncovered. These came out SOOOO tender and yummy! Will def make again!

I love this recipe. I added a little heat by putting Habanero sauce to the eggs and mix crushed red pepper to the bread mix! I also made a salad (lettuce, tomato, diced avocado, and fresh lime juice). Yum!!

This is one of the best winter pork steak recipes, I also sprinkle pork steaks with Cajun seasoning just before puting in the oven.

This is a great way to cook pork steaks. I sprinkle a little salt and Cajun spice on them before cooking. Everybody loves them.

I didn't have any dry breadcrumbs so I crushed up some croutons, so so good.
