OLD FASHIONED PULLED PORK
3 to 4 lb. pork loin
garlic powder
onion powder
seasoned salt
minced onion
black pepper
1 bottle (regular size) Cattleman's honey BBQ sauce
large hamburger buns
hamburger dill pickles
yellow mustard

Place pork loin in Crock-Pot and add seasonings (I just eyeball them, so no measurements are used). Add enough water to just slightly cover pork loin, then cook on high 4-6 hours, or on low 10-12 hours.

Note: Check periodically for doneness, as you don't want to over or undercook the pork.

When pork is fully cooked, remove from Crock-Pot and place on large platter or cookie sheet and use a fork to pull apart. Discard any liquid left in the Crock-Pot, and return the cooked pork to the Crock-Pot. Add BBQ sauce and stir. Make sure to fully coat all the pulled pork with sauce. It's your call how much sauce to use, but I usually use 1/2 to 3/4 of the bottle.

Let the sauce and pork mixture heat through, then serve on hamburger buns with sliced dill pickles and mustard on the side. Goes great with baked beans and potato salad, or just some good potato chips! Enjoy!
