HUMMINGBIRD CAKE 
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. oil
1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. chopped bananas
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, do not drain

CREAM CHEESE ICING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick butter
1 lb. box powdered sugar

Sift flour with dry ingredients. Mix all the other ingredients and add to dry mixture. Mix by hand. Bake in tube or bundt pan at 325 degrees about an hour and 15 minutes. Cool. Ice with cream cheese icing.

ICING: Mix together and beat until fluffy.
