3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
3 eggs
1 c. pineapple with juice
2 ripe bananas, diced
1 c. chopped nuts
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl as they are to be mixed by hand. Batter will be heavy. Pour into greased and floured 9" tube pan or 9"x13" oblong pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Cool in pan. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.
