FROZEN CUCUMBERS (FREEZER
PICKLES)
 
7 c. sliced (thinly) cucumbers
1 c. onions, sliced thinly
1 c. green peppers, diced or sliced
2 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar, white
1 tsp. celery seed
1 1/2 tsp. salt

Mix sugar, vinegar, celery seed and salt until sugar is dissolved. Pour over cucumbers and stir well. Keep in refrigerator 4 or 5 days; mixing well each day. Then put into containers and freeze.
