QUICK & EASY IRISH BREAD 
3 c. flour
2/3 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. raisins
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2-2 c. soured milk
2 tbsp. vegetable oil

Sift in dry ingredients; fold in raisins. In a separate bowl, combine eggs, milk and oil. Beat well. Add dry ingredients mixing until they are damp. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
