QUICK & EASY FRENCH BREAD 
5 to 6 c. flour

Place 5 cups flour in bowl of processor. 1 tbsp. sugar 1 tbsp. salt

Place all in processor bowl.

Add water to bowl with motor on. Still with motor on, add remaining cup of flour. Process until dough adheres together. Let rise in bowl until double. Punch down. Form into 2 long loaves. Place boiling water in pan on lower rack of COLD oven. Place loaves above. Set temperature at 400 degrees. Bake for 30 minutes.
