40 split graham crackers
2 sticks butter (1 c.)
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coarsely chopped pecans

Place graham cracker side by side on a 15 x 10 inch greased cookie sheet (I use Pam) with raised sides. Boil butter and sugar together for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add vanilla and pecans. Spoon over the crackers; bake in preheated 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Remove each cracker individually to another cookie sheet to cool completely. Makes 40 cookies.
