BARBECUED BEEF BRISKET 
1 (4 to 5 lb.) beef brisket
1/4 c. catsup
3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. chili sauce
3/4 c. wine vinegar
3/4 c. water
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. Heinz 57 steak sauce
1/4 c. prepared mustard
1 tbsp. celery seed
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
Dash of pepper

Sprinkle beef with salt; place on broiler pan. Bake at 250 degrees about 4 hours. Cool beef; slice. Place in large pan. Mix remaining ingredients. Cook 5 minutes. Pour over beef. Add 1 can sliced tomatoes. Bake at 250 degrees for 3 to 4 hours. 12 servings.
