BRISKET OF BEEF | |
4 lb. beef brisket 12 oz. can beer 12 oz. tomato juice 1 onion, diced 2 cloves garlic, minced Salt and pepper to taste Put onion and garlic on bottom of roasting pan, salt and pepper meat and put on top. Pour beer and tomato juice over meat. Cover and bake 2 1/2 to 3 hours at 325 degrees. When done, slice and return meat to the juices and serve. |
