EASY SPICY CHICKEN DIP 
1 (23 oz.) can cream of chicken soup (family size or 2 regular)
1 (12 oz.) can premium chunk chicken breast (Swanson)
4 (8 oz. ea.) pkgs. cream cheese (Philadelphia)
1 (5 oz.) can chopped green chilies (Old El Paso)
1 (4 oz.) can diced jalapenos

Add all ingredients and cook in a Crock-Pot or on low heat on the stove. Enjoy!
