BEEF AND TATER CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. ground chuck
Onion flakes (to taste)
1 can cream of chicken soup
Tater tots
Salt & pepper

Put raw ground chuck into baking dish; sprinkle with onion flakes (as many as desired) over ground chuck. Cover with frozen tater tots. Bake for about 45 minutes in moderate oven. Serve with salad and rolls.
