PINEAPPLE PECAN CAKE 
2 c. flour, sifted
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. pecans, chopped

Mix all above ingredients. Grease pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Cool. Top with frosting, better when refrigerated and cold.

FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
1 stick butter, melted
3/4 c. confectioners sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Beat until creamy and add pecans.
