4 c. salted roasted mixed nuts
1 c. prepared barbecue sauce
2 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese

Heat oven to 300 degrees in medium bowl, combine mixed nuts and barbecue sauce; stir until evenly coated. Spread on ungreased cookie sheet; sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes, or until nuts are dry. Transfer to waxed paper. Cool completely. Store in tightly covered container. Yield: 4 cups.
