LAYERED SLAW 
3 c. cabbage (chopped)
1 sm. head cauliflower (or 2 c. florets)
1/2 c. green pepper (chopped)
1/2 c. radishes (sliced)
1/2 c. onion (chopped)
1 c. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
8 oz. cooked bacon

Layer the vegetables in a casserole dish. Mix the mayonnaise, cheese, sugar, salt and pepper; spread over the top of the vegetables.

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours and at serving time. Crumble 8 ounces of bacon over top.
