PEANUT BUTTER PIE (NO-BAKE) | |
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened and cut into chunks 1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar 1 cup creamy peanut butter 1 cup chilled whipping cream 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract 1 ready-made chocolate cookie crumb pie crust (I use Keebler) Combine all ingredients, except crust, into the bowl of a food processor and blend until very smooth (or mix using an electric mixer on medium speed). Fill prepared crust with mixture. Place pie into freezer for minimum of 2 hours before serving. Makes 8 servings. Submitted by: Allison McDonald |
