WEST VIRGINIA PEANUT BUTTER PIE 
3 large eggs, well beaten
1 cup light corn syrup (Karo)
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup peanut butter (your choice)
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell

Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix all of the ingredients well, and then pour into pie shell. Bake at 350°F for 40 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

Makes 8 servings.

Variations: Depending on your taste, you can use crunchy or creamy peanut butter. You can garnish this pie with pecan halves as well.
