BARBECUE BEEF ON A BUN | |
5-7 lb. chuck or pot roast, boneless works best 18 oz. bottle of your favorite barbecue sauce 3 c. ginger ale Place beef roast in Dutch oven pan. Pour barbecue sauce and ginger ale over top. Bake at 250 degrees for 7 to 10 hours, or until meat falls apart. Serve on buns with side dish of barbecue sauce. |
