CHEESE SAUCE 
2 tbsp. butter
2 1/2 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
4-6 slices cheese
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash garlic salt and pepper

Melt butter in pan and blend in flour. Add milk and other ingredients and cook over medium heat, stirring until smooth and thick. Substitute low-fat milk and low-fat cheese for low-fat recipe.
