STRAWBERRY JAM NUT BREAD 
1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. lemon extract
4 eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. strawberry jam
1 c. chopped nuts

Cream together: butter, sugar, vanilla and lemon extract. Add the 4 eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. In a separate bowl, combine the flour and baking soda. In another bowl mix together sour cream and strawberry jam. Add flour mixture and jam mixture alternately to creamed mixture. Stir in nuts. Pour into five 4 1/2 x 2 3/4 x 2 1/2 inch or 2 large greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes. Cool in pans 10 minutes. Remove and cool on racks.
