NO PEEK CHICKEN 
1 can golden mushroom soup
1 can water
1 to 1-1/2 lbs. chicken (boneless)
Pepper
Paprika
1 can milk
2 c. rice (white-brown)
1 pkg. Lipton onion-mushroom soup mix

Mix rice, soup, milk and water in 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan. Place chicken on top. Sprinkle Lipton soup mix over entire dish, and top with pepper and paprika. Cover with foil and cook at 375 degrees for glass pan and 400 degrees for metal pan for 1 hour. AND DON'T PEEK!

You may substitute pork chops or turkey for this as well.
