NO PEEK CHICKEN 
1 chicken, cut up or single pieces (breast or thighs and legs)
2 c. raw rice
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 soup cans water
1 env. dry onion soup

Butter a 9x13 pan. Spread rice on bottom. Arrange chicken (whatever amount you desire) over rice. Spread mushroom soup over chicken; add dry onion soup and water. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
