VELVET CRUMB CAKE

1 1/3 c. Bisquick
3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. soft butteregg
3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

STREUSEL TOPPING:

1/4 c. Bisquick
1 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. brown sugar

Mix and sprinkle on cake. Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
