CHERRY CHEESE CUPCAKE 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1 pkg. sm. cupcake liners
1 pkg. vanilla wafers
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling

Beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, eggs, one at a time, until creamy. Put one vanilla wafer in bottom of each cupcake liner. Fill half full with cheese mixture. Bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool. When cool put tablespoon pie filling on top of each. Refrigerate. Serve. Makes 36.
