CHERRY CREAM CHEESE CUPCAKES 
24 vanilla wafers
1 can cherry pie filling
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, at room temperature
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Place vanilla wafers flat side down in paper-lined cupcake tin, and pour cream cheese mixture over. bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, cool and add cherry pie filling on top. Chill. Makes about 24 cupcakes.
