2 c. sifted flour 1/2 tsp. salt 3-4 tbsp. lard 2-3 c. water Sift flour and salt into bowl. Add lard and work into flour. Add water a little at a time, working flour until soft dough is formed. Turn onto floured board and knead lightly several times. Roll into rectangle, about 12 x 14 inch. Cut into strips 1 inch wide and 1 1/2 to 2 inches long. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown. |
