CHICKEN DELITE 
4 split chicken breasts (with bone or boneless)
Bread crumbs
2 eggs, slightly beaten
Salt and pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup

Wash chicken, then season with salt and pepper. Dip into egg mixture, then bread crumbs. Fry until golden brown. Lay chicken in baking dish. In a small saucepan add chicken soup and 1 can of milk. Cook until smooth and creamy.

Pour chicken and bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Can be served with parsley potatoes or boiled potatoes.
