CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger (ground)
1 med. cabbage
1 med. onion
1 lg. box Velveeta cheese
1 c. bread crumbs
1 c. sour cream

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown meat and onion; drain. Salt and pepper if desired. Add cabbage (cut up 1 inch pieces). Cover and cook on low until cabbage is translucent, cut up Velveeta in 1 inch chunks and add and cook mixture until melted. Stir in sour cream. Place in lightly greased casserole, top with bread crumbs, bake 1 hour.
