CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 sm.-med. cabbage
1 c. cooked rice
1/4 c. bread crumbs
2 toes garlic
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 lb. ground beef
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 med. onion
1/2 stick butter
Salt and pepper

Shred, boil and drain cabbage. Melt butter. Brown onions, meat and garlic. Add cabbage, green onions, soup, rice, salt and pepper. Pour into greased casserole dish. Top with bread crumbs. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes.

Great for after St. patrick Day Parades. Serves 6-8.
