CABBAGE ROLL CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. Minute rice
1 lg. chopped onion
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. sour cream
1 lg. cabbage head
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. catsup
Kraft Colby cheese, grated

In a large greased casserole dish, place 5 cups chopped cabbage. On this sprinkle or spread uncooked beef mixture plus the next 5 ingredients. Then add 5 more cups chopped cabbage or what casserole dish permits.

Pour over top layer of cabbage a can of undiluted tomato soup and 1/2 cup catsup. Then sprinkle entire top with grated Colby cheese. Cook covered 2 hours at 375 degrees.
